【摘要】:ISO16484-3:2005specifiestherequirementsfortheoverallfunctionalityandengineeringservicestoachievebuildingautomationandcontrolsystems.Itdefinesterms,whichshallbeusedforspecificationsanditgivesguidelinesforthefunctionaldocumentationofproject/applicationspecificsystems.Itprovidesasampletemplatefordocumentationofplant/applicationspecificfunctions,calledBACSpointslist.Theinformativefunctionblockexamplesexplainamethodtodisplaythereferencedfunctionsinsystemdocumentation;theydonotstandardizethemethodforprogrammingfunctionsandapplications.ISO16484-3:2005coversrequirementsanddefinitionsregardingBACSandapplicationsoftware,genericfunctionsforplant/projectspecificapplicationsandengineeringfunctionsforbuildingcontrolsandoperations.Itprovidescommunicationfunctionsfortheintegrationofotherdedicatedspecialsystemprocesses.ISO16484-3:2005definesamethodforspecifyingtheprocurementspecificationscontainingallessentialelementsrequiredfortheoperationalfunctioningofaBACS.ThesuccessfulinstallationandoperationofaBACSrequiresthatitsprocurementbebasedonacompleteandaccuratefunctionalspecification.
