【摘要】:ThispartofBS6000givesgeneralguidanceontheselectionofanacceptancesamplingsystem,schemeorplan.ItdoesthisprincipallyinthecontextofBritishStandardsthateitheralreadyexistorarepresentlyunderdevelopment.(Formoredetailedinformationaboutspecificacceptancesamplingsystems,seeBS6000-2forsamplingbyattributesorBS6000-3forsamplingbyvariables.)TheguidanceinthisBritishStandardisconfinedtoacceptancesamplingofproductsthataresuppliedinlotsandthatcanbeclassifiedasconsistingofdiscreteitems(i.e.discretearticlesofproduct).Itisassumedthateachiteminalotcanbeidentifiedandsegregatedfromtheotheritemsinthelotandhasanequalchanceofbeingincludedinthesample.Eachitemofproductiscountableandhasspecificcharacteristicsthataremeasurableorclassifiableasbeingconformingornonconforming(toagivenproductspecification).Standardsonacceptancesamplingaretypicallygeneric,asaresultofwhichtheycanbeappliedtoawidevarietyofinspectionsituations.Theseinclude,butarenotlimitedto,thefollowing:a)enditems,suchascompleteproductsorsub-assemblies;b)componentsandrawmaterials;c)services;d)materialsinprocess;e)suppliesinstorage;f)maintenanceoperations;g)dataorrecords;andh)administrativeprocedures.AlthoughthisBritishStandardiswrittenprincipallyintermsofmanufactureandproduction,thisshouldbeinterpretedliberally,asitisapplicabletotheselectionofsamplingsystems,schemesandplansforalltypesofproductandprocessesasdefinedinBSENISO9000.
