【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60268appliestoanalogueamplifiers,andtheanaloguepartsofanalogue/digitalamplifiers,whichformpartofasoundsystemforprofessionalorhouseholdapplications.Itspecifiesthecharacteristicswhichshouldbeincludedinspecificationsofamplifiersandthecorrespondingmethodsofmeasurement.NOTEThemethodsofmeasurementfordigitalamplifiersandsimilarequipmentaregiveninIEC61606.[6]Ingeneral,thespecifiedmethodsofmeasurementarethosewhichareseentobemostdirectlyrelatedtothecharacteristics.Thisdoesnotexcludetheuseofothermethodswhichgiveequivalentresults.Ingeneral,themethodsarebasedonthesimplestmeasuringequipmentwhichcanprovideusefulresults.Thisdoesnotexcludetheuseofmorecomplexequipmentwhichcangivehigheraccuracyand/orallowautomaticmeasurementandrecordingofresults.Ratedconditionsandstandardmeasuringconditionsarespecifiedinordertoallowmeasurementstobereliablyrepeated.note:1)Numbersinsquarebracketsrefertothebibliography.

【摘要】:The25-mm(1-in.)deflectionIFDmethodisrecommendedforproductionscreeningandqualitycontrolonfullsizecushionsonly.Applicablecushionthicknessestobetestedbythistestmethodareonlythoselistedinthistestmethod.Furtherresearchanddevelopmentarerequiredbeforethistestmethodwillbeapplicabletoothercushionthicknesses.Thistestmethodisdesignedtogiveavalueapproximatingthe25%IFDona100-mm(4-in.)thickpieceoffoamwhentheactualspecimenthicknesstestediswithintherangeslistedinthetestmethod.Incaseofdisagreement,therefereemethodistheIFDprocedureinTestMethodsD3574,TestB1.Theuserofthistestmethodshallestablishthecorrelationbetweenthistestmethodandtherefereemethod.1.1Thistestmethodcoversascreeningtypequalitycontroltestusedtodetermineifflexiblepolyurethanefoamcushionsarewithinthespecifiedgraderangeforfirmness.1.2Thistestmethodislimitedtofoamswiththicknessesthatare75mm(3in.)orgreater.1.3ThistestmethodisbasedonthefactthatthetraditionalindustrystandardthicknessforIndentationForceDeflection(IFD)is100mm(4in.),andthetraditionalpercentdeflectionforIFDacceptanceandproductplanningis25%.Withrespectthentothesetraditionalindustryconventions,a25%deflectionona100-mm(4-in.)cushionwouldbe25mm(1in.).Thus,deflectingproperthicknesscushions25mm(1in.)willdetermineiftheflexiblepolyurethanefoamiswithinthespecifiedgraderangefor25%IFD.1.4Cushionthicknesseslessthan75mm(3in.)shallnotbetestedforIFDusingthistestmethod.1.5Thistestmethodisintendedtoprovideaquickandsimplemethodtoscreenflexiblepolyurethanefoamsfordeterminationofitsfirmnessgrade.1.6ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note18212;ThistestmethodandISO2439addressthesamesubjectmatter,butdifferintechnicalcontent.
