【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversbareconcentric-lay-strandedconductorsmadefromroundcopperwires,eitheruncoatedorcoatedwithtin,lead,orleadalloyforgeneraluseforelectricalpurposes.Theseconductorsshallbeconstructedwithacentralcoresurroundedbyoneormorelayersofhelicallylaidwires.Note1Thisspecificationalsopermitsconductorsforuseascoveredorinsulatedelectricalconductors.Note2Sealedconductors,thatareintendedtopreventlongitudinalwaterpropagationandarefurthercovered/insulated,arealsopermittedwithintheguidelinesofthisspecification.1.2Forthepurposesofthisspecification,conductorsareclassifiedasfollows(ExplanatoryNOTE1andNOTE2):1.2.1ClassAAForbareconductorsusuallyusedinoverheadlines.1.2.2ClassAForconductorstobecoveredwithweather-resistant(weather-proof),slow-burningmaterials,andforbareconductorswheregreaterflexibilitythanisaffordedbyClassAAisrequired.1.2.3ClassBForconductorstobeinsulatedwithvariousmaterialssuchasrubber,paper,varnishedcloth,andsoforth,andfortheconductorsindicatedunderClassAwheregreaterflexibilityisrequired.1.2.4ClassCandClassDForconductorswheregreaterflexibilityisrequiredthanisprovidedbyClassBconductors.1.3TheSIvaluesfordensityareregardedasthestandard.Forallotherproperties,theinch-poundvaluesaretoberegardedasstandardandtheSIunitsmaybeapproximate.
